the weather is sooo cold and nice today! whenever it rains here, the temperature will dip. everytime when someone asks me if it's cold today, i'll say 'just right for me, so i think it'll be cold for you.' the coldest parts of my body are my hands and head.. i think my head is feelin bit bitten by the cold..
went grocery shopping just now and i bought 800g of fish under 10 dollars, which is a first for me. fish here is expensive, so i don't normally buy it. but very quickly a 2 dollar grapefruit overwashed that victory. it's like some of them has no price stated on it, so i thought it should be alright since im only buying 1 item. and apparently, there are few different types of bananas out there, with the costliest one being the ladies-fingers type. i wanted to get the lf type just now, but after knowing that just 2 条 of it costs 3.70 dollars, i held my breath and told the auntie that i don't want it, and took the cheapest ones instead(4 条for 1.40 dollars). the auntie looked slightly affected.. ~_~! the good thing here is that u need not buy your bananas in bunches. can buy them in 条and not worry about them getting spoilt and feeling pressed to eat them up soon. oh i suddenly remembered that i didn't cook the leftover brinjal for lunch just now!! i kept half of the sliced brinjal in a container with salt, olive oil and thyme the day before.. and the brinjal costs around 3 dollars.. but very big lah. today i bought quite a lot of groceries.. i don't like the feeling of having no food to eat.. so i make sure i replenish my stock regularly.
